Lori Brayton brings more than 30 years of residential real estate experience to Metro Appraisal. As both a Connecticut Certified Residential Appraiser and Connecticut Real Estate Broker, she combines extensive valuation experience with a strong understanding of local real estate markets, property characteristics, and market trends.

Based in Fairfield County, Lori has appraised a wide range of residential properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, and two- to four-family properties. Her work is focused on providing independent, well-supported appraisal reports for lenders, attorneys, accountants, homeowners, and real estate professionals.
